Forklift traveling speed regulations

First, the speed limit within the forklift factory can be divided into the following situations:

1、The speed limit of the main road in the forklift factory is 20km/h;

2、Speed limit of 10km/h for branch roads;

3, hazardous chemical warehouses and production workshop road speed limit 5km/h;

4, indoor speed limit 5km/h;

5, forklift handling goods traveling speed shall not exceed 5km/h;

6, crossroads, workshop entrance, warehouse entrance, sharp turns and other road speed shall not exceed 5km/h.

Second, forklift operation safety precautions are:

1、No one shall be close to the forklift within 1.5 meters of the operation range;

2, forklift reversing, the driver must first ascertain the surrounding situation, to confirm the safety before reversing;

3, in the plant, warehouse, narrow road, etc. when reversing, there should be someone standing in the driver's side and rear command;

4、All parts of the forklift are prohibited to stand and ride on other people;

5、No overloading, the forks can not rise too high when traveling with loads, so as not to affect the stability of the forklift. Forklift refers to all kinds of wheeled vehicles for loading, unloading, stacking and short-distance transportation of palletized goods, with rated lifting capacity, load center distance, gantry tilt and other technical parameters to indicate the structural characteristics and performance of forklift, usually divided into internal combustion forklift, electric forklift and other types.
