The universal transmission device of the forklift should be neither tight nor loose, the bolts should be fully tightened, the assembly angle should be correct, the lubrication should be good, and there should be no shaking or abnormal noise during driving. Therefore, when using forklifts, the transmission shaft should be carefully maintained, and problems must be dealt with in a timely manner.
When the forklift is driving, the transmission cross bearing has to withstand large torque and impact load, rotate at high speed at the same time, and is accompanied by constant vibration. Its lubrication conditions are poor, so it is prone to wear, deformation and damage, resulting in abnormal operation and abnormality. Failures such as noise and vibration. When the forklift starts, if the body of the forklift trembles, there will be a crashing sound of "Gla. Gla"; you can also hear a periodic sound from the chassis while driving. The faster the speed, the louder the sound. In severe cases, the cab vibrates and your hands feel numb when holding the steering wheel. The reasons are: the cross shaft of the universal joint and the needle roller are worn loose or the needle roller is broken; the fixing screws of each connecting part are loose. The drive shaft is bent and deformed, etc. When encountering the above faults, you can go under the car to check whether the connecting screws are loose, and shake the transmission shaft by hand to detect the worn parts; put the rear wheel up and rotate it in gear, and you can observe the vibration and abnormal noise of the transmission shaft. ; You can also use a vehicle dial indicator to detect the deformation of the drive shaft, and after identifying the cause, repair it respectively.
Once the dynamic balance state of the transmission shaft assembly is destroyed, it will be affected by the additional dynamic load caused by centrifugal force during work, which will easily produce bending deformation, cause vibration and noise of the transmission shaft, increase the dynamic load, reduce the transmission efficiency, and accelerate the damage of parts. Accidental impact of the transmission shaft during use, knocking deformation during disassembly and assembly, damage to the mutual position accuracy of parts after surfacing, etc., will cause the rotational mass center of the transmission shaft assembly to deviate from the rotation axis, destroying its balance performance.
During maintenance, add grease to the cross bearing; when checking whether the cross bearing is loose, put the transmission in neutral, release the parking brake, hold the transmission shaft tube tightly with both hands, and turn sharply left and right. There should be no obvious If necessary, disassemble and repair if necessary. When maintaining the drive shaft, you should also check whether the fasteners are firmly fixed, the appearance and curvature of the drive shaft, and repair if necessary.
Before repairing and assembling the transmission shaft, all its parts must be cleaned, especially the oil passages, journals and needle bearings of the cross shaft. They should be washed with clean kerosene and dried with compressed air. Apply grease to the mating surface, align the marks and then reassemble. After the universal joint is reinstalled, it should rotate flexibly without obvious gaps, and there should be no sticking phenomenon.
The transmission shaft is connected between the CPCD50 forklift transmission and the drive axle. The transmission shaft of this type of forklift is composed of a flange fork, a universal joint, a cross shaft and bearings. The cross shaft is equipped with a lubricating oil cup, through which lubricating oil can be injected to lubricate each bearing. When the cross shaft produces an excessive gap in the needle bearing, the transmission pump should be disassembled and the cross shaft or needle bearing should be replaced according to the wear condition (must be replaced in pairs). Lithium-based grease should be used for bearing lubrication. It is absolutely forbidden to lubricate with thicker grease (such as calcium-based grease), because the use of thick oil will accelerate the wear of the bearing or cross shaft.
