Parse of Hyster Forklift Fault Code

Ⅰ. P series fault codes

     1. E01 - There is pressure on the handle plate but not on the pedal plate, or there is no pressure on the handle plate but there is pressure on the pedal plate.

     Cause of failure: Poor circuit board connection or failure.

     Solution: Check the wiring connection of the circuit board and repair or replace the faulty parts.

     2. E02 - No voltage signal from the handle board.

     Cause of failure: The handle plate is broken or there is a problem with the circuit wiring.

     Solution: Replace the handle plate or check the circuit connection and repair the fault.

     3. E03 - Communication failure between the handle board and the controller.

     Cause of failure: The handle board or controller is damaged or the wiring is poor.

     Solution: Replace the faulty handle board or controller, or check the wiring connection and repair the fault.

      4. E04 - Motor driver infusion cable open circuit.

      Cause of failure: The infusion cable is damaged or poorly connected.

      Solution: Replace the infusion cable or check the connection and repair the fault.

      5. E05 - The controller output circuit is damaged.

      Cause of failure: The controller is faulty.

      Solution: Replace the controller or perform repairs.

Ⅱ. H series fault codes

     1. E01 - A fault occurs when the forklift is started. Please check whether the controller output signal is normal.

     Cause of failure: The controller output signal is abnormal.

     Solution: Check and repair the controller circuit or replace the controller.

     2. E02 - The motor servo control signal is poorly connected or the forklift electrical system is faulty.

     Cause of failure: Poor cable connection or electrical system failure.

     Solution: Check the cable connection and repair or replace the faulty part.

     3. E03 - Servo motor or sensor failure.

     Cause of failure: Servo motor or sensor failure.

     Solution: Check whether the servo motor or sensor is faulty and replace it.

     4. E04 - Internal program failure.

     Cause of failure: Controller internal program failure.

     Solution: Replace the controller or perform repairs.

     Note: Different fault codes have different causes and solutions. They should be correctly identified when using them and handled according to the corresponding methods.
